My Big Boy Turned 3...I know I'm so late!!!

I can't Believe my baby turned three last month! I'm not sure where time goes but it really needs to start slowing down; It seems like just last week we were all at the hosptial (at 5:00 in the morning) waiting on him to get here!!!

Brody I love you dearly, you will always be my little baby boy, no matter how big you get. You have so much personality, we NEVER know what you are going to do next, which keeps our lives very exciting!! When you where born and you had to stay in the NIC for a few days we knew then you were a very strong little boy, or like we say now... ALL BOY!!! You never let anything slow you down, or get in or way and that is what we love about you so much....I have to be honest, I'm not really looking forward to next years birthday...I want you to stay little forever!!! I love you very, very much "slim"....(our name for him)

For his party he wanted a cowboy theme...so we went all out, with the pony rides, and we even had some of the kids dress up!! I want to give a BIG thank you to Stephaine for the wounderful pictures she took for us.. they turned out amazing...thank you SOOOOO MUCH!!!!!

Six Years!!!!!!!

Well on Saturday Robby and I were married 6 years!!!! Wow time really does fly by.

I have NEVER been to an Alabama football game so that is what we did for our anniversary...and need I say it was GREAT!!!!!!!
It was really awesome that Robby and I got to spend some time together, and what better place then at an Alabama game!

Robby, I love you more than words could ever say. In these past six years we have had alot of good and some bad times, but I wouldn't change any of it. You are definitely our families rock. You are an awesome husband and an even better father, we couldn't imagine life without you.
Again I love you with all of my being and most definitely look forward to the next six years...and many, many more.....you are the best!!!!!

Brody's Oral Surgery

Yesterday We took Brody to Childrens South to have his dental surgery...all in all it went good we were all just very tired and stressed to say the least!!!

We thought going into it that he would need 4 root canals and 7 fill-ins, but when they had him recovery we foud out that they only did 1 root canal and 7 fill-ins. When they brought him to us he was crying for mommy but as soon as I grabbed him he went STRAIGHT to sleep and started snoring like a grwon man!!!
We had to wake him up to drink something before they would release him...that took forever!! But when he finally woke up all he would say is "they put something in my mouth". Bless his little heart!!

The Doctors told us he would sleep all day...BUT when we got home he was non-stop!!! I'm just thankful he did ok threw it and that all of my family was there to help me threw it!!

Our Perfect Vacation

We had an awesome time at the beach these last few days!! Even though the kids didn't really like staying on the beach, because it was too hot!! We had to stay at the pool most of the time, which was perfectly fine with me!!



While we were there we were able to get some really good pictures of us with the kids, of course we had to bribe the kids with ice-cream to get them to set there for that long. But it all worked out!
The weather was absolutely perfect, we couldn't have asked for it to have been any better. I will have to add though that we weren't able to get into the ocean because everywhere you looked there were jelly fish, but it was still so beautiful to look at!!









We had such a wonderful time and we can't wait to go again next year!!

My New Job

As some of you may already know I started my new job with Colonial Bank on June 2. Well just to catch those of you who didn't know up....After thinking and discussing long and hard with Robby I decided to take a part time job with the bank (Monday's and Friday's). The kids are getting a little bigger and not really wanting Mommy around as much so I figured I could do it just a couple of days a week.

I've been working everyday since the 2Nd, and let me just tell you it has been hard on me. I've NEVER been away from the kids this much, and now I am so glad that I didn't go full-time!!! Before I would maybe take them to my mom's house while I went to Wall-mart or something of that nature but be right back within an hour or so. And sometimes I'll go to my mom's just so that I can kick my feet up for a little while, and let the kids play with Caleb, but I'm still in the same house with them...so needless to say this has been an adjustment for me, the kids seem to be doing just fine though...lol

I'm scheduled to finish out the rest of this week, and then next week start my Monday and Friday schedule, (can't wait). I really do like it there so far, the people seem to be very nice, and they all welcomed me with open arms, which made it easier on me. I'm also very thankful to my family that has pitched in to help me take care of the kids, that too made it so much easier. I just pray that everything continues to go as good as it has been, and I promise to keep all of you posted. Have a great week!!!!
