Snow, Snow, Snow!!

Friday night we spent the night with my in-laws because we were expecting it to snow and they have a better place for the kids to play. Little did I know I would be up at 6:30 getting the kids ready to play in the snow!! They all woke up and realized that there was snow on the ground and there was no getting them back in the bed.
Braigen loved it way more than Brody or Brent. Brody and Brent stayed out there for about 30 minutes before Brody said "I'm freezing", and off they went into the house. Braigen on the other hand was all about it, she made lots and lots of snow angels, and she also made one very tiny snowman, but I couldn't get a picture because my batteries went dead...of course! She is already wanting asking "momma when is it gonna snow again?" Even though it was short lived it was still a lot of fun.

Ready For Ball...

Ok I'm so excited to be starting ball this year for several reasons but mainly because now I'm gonna have two kids in ball!! Braigen will be playing t-ball and Brody will be playing Rag ball. Rag ball is just like T-ball but it's for the younger kids, they don't keep score and the parents can be on the Field with them.
I can't wait to see Brody out there playing because last year when Braigen was playing he would get so mad that he could not get out there and play.
Braigen is doing so good she had her first practice on Monday night and I was surprised to see that she could hit the ball without the tee!! In T-ball now they get 3 tries to hit it without the tee and if they still don't hit it then they get 2 tries to hit it on the tee, it's a little different then it used to be, but Braigen loves it.
I also wanted to say a special thank you to Chad for deciding to help Robby couch this year, he needs all the help he can get..lol

ok for the few of you who didn't know, we went to Chuck E Cheese yesterday for Braigens party. We all had so much fun. I didn't think about it being a holiday though, that was a little crazy but other than that it was great. I will have to mention Hailey Strange dancing on stage with chucky (not the real one) it was pretty funny, then of course when Braigen decided to join in that made it even better. I want to think everyone again who came, you made Braigens day so special for her. We also wanted to ask that you pray for Braigen's little cousin Hannah, she fell yesterday and broke her collar bone and of course she wasn't able to attend.

She's Turning Five!!

I can't believe that my baby girl is turning five on Monday!! Where does the time go.

Braigen, I can't even begin to put into words what you mean to me. You truly are my sunshine. You've gotten to be such a big girl, everyday you amaze me with what all you can do. It makes me kinda sad though because you've gotten to the point where you don't want mommy around as much as you use to. I'm so proud of how good you are doing in school. You are so smart, you have actually had to teach me a few things about school...lol. You are so independent, and that to makes me sad, you don't like for me to walk you into school, you always say "mom I can do it, you just stay in the car ok" my heart just sinks everyday when I watch you walk in all by yourself.
I started going through some pictures of you when you were a baby, and you truly are a big girl now. I wish I could freeze time and you would remain little forever, but I know that isn't possible. I love you so much and no matter how big you get you'll always be my baby girl!!!!

Our Valentines Day!

Ok the day started out a little crazy... First we woke up late for school so we had to rush a we wasn't able to exchange valentines before school :( Then we get to school and we wait around because Braigens class is singing a special valentine song in chapel, (so adorable). That was over at around 9:15 so we wait around again because Braigens class is having there Valenines party...Fun, fun, fun :) I was able to get a few pics from the party but not a whole lot. Then after the party we head to my moms so that she can give the kids there valentines and I can finally give them there stuff also. As crazy as it all sounds it was actually a lot of fun, and I enjoyed being able to see Braigen interact with her school mates and also see how not interested in school Brody was...he did like a few of the girls though..haha.
